Weekend Club

Passalen's activities are carried out through various programs and projects, in this role you will work in the Weekend Club.

The Weekend Club is an educational program where children and young people with disabilities are given the opportunity to practice social interaction in a smaller group based on interests. Participants are divided into groups of about 8-10 participants according to overarching interest areas such as games, sports, and art. The Weekend Club is a recurring weekend activity where there are groups that meet on Saturday and Sunday one weekend a month, and groups that meet either Saturday or Sunday every other weekend.

The activities are based in different locations depending on the group. All groups occasionally visit open meeting places. This could be, for example, a cinema, museum, gaming cafes, bowling alleys, or similar, depending on the group's theme.
